Les Nuits MED reviennent à Cannes
Les 20 et 21 mai
Les Nuits MED (Festival du court métrage méditerranéen) et la Corse seront présentes les 20 et 21 mai lors de la 77e édition du plus grand festival de cinéma au monde à Cannes en partenariat avec France Télévisions, la Collectivité de Corse avec le CNC, l’Institut Français de Tunisie, Cinéfeel Prod, Lisula CineMusica et leurs partenaires.
Trois rendez-vous sont proposés :
20 MAI > PROJECTION CORSICA EN FORMAT COURT AU MARCHÉ DU FILM DE CANNES
Le 20 mai, le premier événement, sera dédié à la présentation des dernières productions réalisées sur l’île de beauté avec la 4e projection « CORSICA ». Cette séance professionnelle sera composée de quatre courts métrages coproduits par France Télévisions et la Collectivité de Corse avec le CNC. Elle se tiendra en matinée à 11h30 au Palais des Festivals (Palais F) dans le cadre du Marché International du Film de Cannes.

20 MAI > SÉLECTION MED IN SCÉNARIO À LA MAISON FRANCE TELEVISONS / BRUT
Le 20 mai à Cannes, les aventures scénaristiques accompagnées par HISTOIRES COURTES sur France 2 prendront tout leur sens à la maison France Télévisions / Brut avec l’annonce officielle des lauréats de la treizième résidence MED IN SCENARIO. Cet événement se déroulera à la fin du mois de juin en Corse à l’occasion des Nuits MED. Christophe Taudière, responsable du pôle court-métrage, Gautier Rejou, conseiller de programmes (à la direction du cinéma, des fictions internationales et jeunes adultes) ainsi que Laurent Simonpoli, responsable fiction à France 3 Corse ViaStella annonceront les cinq auteurs et réalisateurs sélectionnés au côté d’Alix Ferraris, directeur des Nuits MED.

21 MAI > SÉLECTION COURTS ENTRE 2 RIVES 2024 , CINÉMA ET MUSIQUE AU VILLAGE PANTIERO
- Le mardi 21 mai à 17 heures au village Pantiero du Marché International du Film de Cannes, Les Nuits MED s’associent avec Lisula CineMusica – le Festival de Film Musical de l’Ile Rousse – pour partager un cocktail sur le stand de la CST (Commission supérieure technique de l’image et du son). Il sera question de Cinéma et de Musique en vue de la prochaine édition de Lisula CineMusica et de la Méditerranée, avec l’annonce officielle des lauréats qui participeront à la troisième résidence COURTS ENTRE 2 RIVES en partenariat avec le festival MoliseCinéma en Italie, l’Institut Français de Tunisie et le centre culturel l’Agora à La Marsa.

21 MAI > EDUCATION À L’IMAGE EN PARALÈLLE À FURIANI
En parallèle à Furiani le 21 mai en matinée, les enfants des écoles U PRINCIPELLU et U RUSTINCU (classes de CP) monteront les marches du cinéma U PARADISU pour présenter une séance de cinéma devant leurs parents. Cette initiative proposée par la Diffusion KVA et la Ville de Furiani fait partie d’un atelier d’éducation à l’image appelé « J’organise une séance de cinéma » et encadré par l’intervenante artistique Florence Franceschi, ainsi que les enseignantes Frédérique Veni, Christiane Pieri et Sophie Poligani.
Les Nuits MED and Corsica back on the Croisette
Nuits MED (Mediterranean Short Film Festival) and Corsica will be present on May 20 and 21 at the 76th edition of the largest film festival in the world in Cannes in partnership with France Télévisions, the Collectivité de Corse with the CNC, the French Institute of Tunisia, Cinéfeel Prod, Lisula CineMusica and their partners.

MAY 20 > SHORT FILM SCREENING CORSICA AT CANNES FILM MARKET
On May 20, the first event, will be dedicated to the presentation of the latest productions made on the island of beauty with the 4th screening « CORSICA ». This professional session will consist of four short films co-produced by France Télévisions and the Collectivité de Corse with the CNC. It will be held in the morning at 11:30 at the Palais des Festivals (Palais F) as part of the Cannes International Film Market.

20 MAY > MED SELECTION IN SCRIPT AT MAISON FRANCE TELEVISONS/ BRUT
On May 20 in Cannes, the screenwriting adventures accompanied by HISTOIRES COURTES on France 2 will make sense at France Télévisions/ Brut with the official announcement of the winners of the thirteenth MED IN SCENARIO residency. This event will take place at the end of June in Corsica on the occasion of the MED Nights. Christophe Taudière, head of the short film division, Gautier Rejou, programme advisor (director of cinema, international fiction and young adults) and Laurent Simonpoli, France 3 Corse ViaStella will announce the five authors and directors selected alongside Alix Ferraris, director of Nuits MED.

21 MAY > SHORT SELECTION BETWEEN 2 SHORES 2024, CINEMA AND MUSIC IN THE VILLAGE PANTIERO
On Tuesday, May 21 at 5 pm at the Pantiero village of the Cannes International Film Market, Les Nuits MED partners with Lisula CineMusica – the Ile Rousse Musical Film Festival – to share a cocktail at the CST stand (Higher Technical Commission for Image and Sound). Cinema and Music will be discussed in view of the next edition of Lisula CineMusica and the Mediterranean, with the official announcement of the winners who will participate in the third residency COURTS ENTRE 2 RIVES in partnership with the festival MoliseCinéma in Italy, the French Institute of Tunisia and the Agora cultural centre in La Marsa.

MAY 21 > IMAGE EDUCATION IN PARALLEL TO FURIANI
In parallel to Furiani on the morning of May 21, children from U PRINCIPELLU and U RUSTINCU schools (CP classes) will climb the steps of the U PARADISU cinema to present a cinema session in front of their parents. This initiative proposed by the Diffusion KVA and the City of Furiani is part of a workshop of education to the image called «I organize a film session» and supervised by the artistic intervener Florence Franceschi, as well as the teachers Frédérique Veni, Christiane Pieri and Sophie Poligani.
